  Lived here for a year. Air conditioning failed at least 6 times during the summer before management finally replaced unit. Despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition, they still insisted that it needed to be repainted and have all flooring replaced. They WILL keep your security deposit. Get all promises in writing. I wished I had gotten more in writing and documented the pristine condition after move out with photos and video.
