  Ordered two pairs of shoes for $30, using a spring promo code. One pair was a Steve Madden sandal. I didn’t like the second pair of shoes I got, but figured it was a good deal because paying $30 isn’t bad for a pair of Steve Maddens. A week later I only received one pair— the pair I didn’t really care for. I waited a week and still nothing. Finally I sent out an email and didn’t get a response until almost two weeks later. The email stated that they were “unable to successfully fulfill “ my order and a $15 refund will be given. I am pretty sure there were no Steve Madden shoes to begin with and the company just wanted to rip someone off. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I didn’t care for , nor worth the $15. They are in-worn, but I can’t return them because I threw away the box. I really wish Zoo Shoo would have emailed me first instead me having to reach out them, to get a refund and I also wish they would have told me before they shipped out the first item. Beyond ridiculous and I will never recommend nor shop through Zoo Shoo again. Save your money and go to Urban Outfitters.
