  This store is the best Big 5 around. The value and the excellent customer service is top notch. Which is why I've been shopping here for over 10 yrs.
  I recently purchased several pairs of high quality "non-brand name" running shoes that I have bought before for pennies on the dollar. Shoes that I get well over 100 miles running on (yes, I keep track) These shoes last longer than Adidas, Saucony or Nike,..shoes I used to purchase. The staff at Big 5 suggested this off brand a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. If you've never been to this location and want some 'good old-fashion' customer service (which now appears to be extinct) then you might want to give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

  Total chaos​. Merchandise everywhere. Duffel bags spread out in walkway, kids riding skateboards, children running around unattended swinging bats without concern for people passing by. One employee working while others are just wandering around oblivious to the obvious hazards.
