  Went in to have our taxes done early in February and brought our paperwork in. Met with Mr. Greenburg (was very nice), unfortunately that’s where my good experience ended. Over 1 month after bringing in our paperwork, our taxes were still not completed. After 4 follow up calls, I was told they would be done the day I called on multiple occasions. This did not happen. Instead, on my final follow up I expressed my disappointment that we were obviously not a priority for Mr. Greenburg. Let’s just say the response I received was not exactly from the customer service 101 handbook. I have no idea why this happened as there were no clear indications in the beginning that this would turn out to be a negative experience. I have never written a poor review for anyone until today, so there is definitely a reason for this.
