  I called almost two weeks ago and set an appoint for piano lessons for my 7 year old. EVERY DAY since that time he would ask "is today the day?" "Do I have my lesson?"
  Today, the day the lesson was to happen I get a call from Craig stating that he checked and I am out of his service area and there is no day that I will be in his service area. The day we talked and set the appointment I gave him my address....The major cross streets I lived between and that I was above the 210. He could have said then and I would have found someone else that day. Chino to Claremont is 5 miles. Horrible way to run a business especially when dealing with children.
