  If you hare purchasing an RV from Creative RV in Chino, CA please be advised that I have had an extremely bad experience. Creative opened for business in approximately March 2016 and I purchased the first unit they sold, a Sabre 33 Couples Retreat fifth wheel. I was told how Creative was going to build a large workshop to complete any warranties needs and their customer service was going to be A+.
  The unit is made by Forest River. I experienced problems on my first trip out with a major leak underneath. I live in Murrieta and had to take the unit to Chino where they did repair the leak. Shortly after, maybe mid August, I began telling the salesman Al Cisneros (sp) about mounting issues with the rig. He was extremely polite and referred me to the warranty department. At that time I was informed all of their repairs had been farmed out to a small shop, J&L I believe, in Fontana, I called this shop only to find that the first available appointment was December 6th and that I would have to bring the rig home as there was not room to leave it there. The problems, in my opinion, are too numerous to be repaired in one day and I found that the date for repair so far out was unacceptable, especially in view of the fact that this was a 2016 rig. I threatened to begin what I am doing today, write on Craigslist as that is where I found them, and they reacted very positive. "Please send us a list and we will get a technician on it. You are so correct; December 6th is not okay!" I sent the list; rear air conditioning freezing up, hole in floor from underside near slideout tract, leaking shower, valances falling off and coming out of wall, loveseat not assembled correctly, display on tv control unit not working. Please note I was to have a two year bumper to bumper warranty. I waited three weeks, and have yet to hear from anyone. My main purpose is to give fair warning if you are dealing with Creative. They talk a good game, but there is no follow-through! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will be honest with you - something that Creative RV has not been with me!
